street noise air conditioning
the staff were indeed helpful as advertised i guess that's something
the noise was something else trams rumbled all night i was up every few hours plus the room seemed to lack air conditioning making sleep difficult i needed to keep the window open for easy which only amplified the street noise it was a bad situation

Acceptable, but with issues
busy street weak water
The room faced a very busy street. It was quite noisy, even late at night. Because there was no air conditioning, I had to keep the window open. This made it hard to sleep. I also noticed some maintenance issues, like a weak water stream in the shower. Sometimes the water disappeared entirely when other guests used it.

friendly receptionist early check-in superb location
the receptionists were friendly. i arrived several hours before check-in, and they checked me in early. this was very helpful after a long journey. the location is superb for visiting attractions

Clean Rooms and Great Location
clean rooms friendly staff cozy atmosphere
The breakfast was perfect. I enjoyed my stay there. The rooms were clean and nice and near the station. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room had pleasant light. The interior colors created a cozy atmosphere.
I noticed three spiders in the room, and it was quite cold . I found it difficult to adjust the temperature initially, and the shower water was only lukewarm in the afternoons.

The hotel has easy access to the city center. The hotel is only a short walk to Palladium. Therefore, location is great. The public transport availability is excellent.

I had breakfast included and it was great. Every morning. The breakfast selection was good. It was a perfect start to the day. There was plenty of variety at the breakfast buffet.
